Artist's Description

Commercial fishing in this northern region of the Great Lakes was a hard life, especially in years gone by. The boats were pulled from the water before the lakes froze and remained "laid-up" 'til spring. This scene is Weborg's dock, Door County, Wisconsin. The original of this painting sold but I offer reproductions.
